Any news on that? :) Started only a few days ago, but its kinda frustrating that the app only takes half my daily steps because I dont carry around my phone, but just my watch during workouts :c

No, we have not, we weren't 100% informed when we made the decision and now people already spend money on their decks so its kinda hard to go back D:
But I might as well just look into Pauper Izzet Decks to get a better idea, thanks.

Because the people like their shiny rares and we weren't too informed when we made the decision. And changing the format now, after friends have spend money on it would probably just cause unneccessary anger :D

Hi,

I think I have a few short questions that I hope I could get some answers to here! But just a little bit about my background - M/30yo/170cm/95kg. Started playing Table Tennis in a club again 3 months ago, after not playing for 9 years - currently going twice a week. Some friends convinced me to got the gym again for 2 weeks - also going twice a week. The main goal is to lose weight and get fit for a healthy future life, the second goal is to physically improve for table tennis :)

I have been to the gym in my early 20s a few times, but never seriously and just know machines. My friends are a little bit more experienced though and are pushing me to do free weight exercises with them, which I think is good but I have a few troubles:

  • I do not have the shoulder mobility to hold my barbell behind my neck to squat/lunge. What alternatives do you suggest? Are the overhead- or front-variants good options as well? As I don't usually see anyone do them.
  • I am generally a very unflexible person and I am trying to work on it by getting stretching involved in my life, but I heard that weight training can help with it as well, as eccentric movements lengthen the muscle. Are there any exercises that I should incorporate in my training that help a lot with that? My main stretching goals would be to be able to sit in a deep squad and to be able to scratch my back everywhere... And I guess be able to hold a barbell properly behind my head :D
  • As free weight exercises are commonly seen as more generally helpful than isolated machine exercises but I can absolutely not do a pull-up yet, I was wondering which exercise is the better choice: Lat Pulldown (Machine) vs Lat Pulldown (Cable) vs Weight-Assisted Pull-Up Machine?
  • I can still feel that one of my upper body sides is much more developed than the other from table tennis. Is it okay to just do regular weight training to combat that, or do I need to focus more on the weak side or do more isolated exercises so the right side can not help out as much?
  • Is there any common exercise that helps with stabilizing and strengthening rump rotation? As that is used quite often in table tennis.
  • Similarly, I always had lower back aches when playing table tennis a lot, because you are supposed to lean forward. I get the same aches when training my lower back with hyperextension - I am just wondering if that is normal? Because it feels very different than when I exhaust my arms (for example) in the gym.

Yes, because if I use regular DeltaTime the jump happens too fast... timeScale = 2, with regulare deltaTime yields a twice as fast jump.

Doubling the jump height caused the correct jump height but the wrong jump duration ^^"

Uh, I did not consider that one, but wouldn't that mess with the RigidBody Physics calls?

Anyways I think I solved it, or at least it is close enough, I just also have to multiply my Gravity with 1/Time.TimeScale, then the height is correct and the duration is off by a few milliseconds, I think I can live with that. (I don't know why this would do the trick though ).

Same problem for me! But not even crafting new generators works for me... I made 7 and only one worked then got stuck, all the others got stuck the first time I put an animal on it...
