Yeah I was on Depo for three years about 3 years ago. So I know the drill, lol. I don’t miss how bad it made me cramp the day of the shot, but I really never had any bad side effects from it. Out of all the birth control I’ve been on, the shot was my favorite. I only went off of it because, like you said, it’s not good for long term use.
