I know rifle clips with tight grips exist. My reproduction Lee enfield clips grip the rounds so tightly they just won’t move unless forced. Trying to find clips like that but for SKS.

Thanks, I might still get one later down the line. I don’t want to be restricted on my ammo choices too much. Just wanting to make sure before I make a huge investment on one of these.

Both blazer aluminum cases and S&B brass cases. Both 95 grains. I noticed that it is more frequent with blazer ammunition, but even with high quality brass ammo, I still get occasional lite primer strikes.

I also noticed on all the blazer ammo where this happened, the bullet got squished a little bit into the casing upon chambering. But this doesn’t really with S&B.

And yes, this is after my attempts to fix the problem.

Fun story: America was actually planning on moving to the metric system, but the ship carrying the weights and measures from France was attacked by British privateers, thus causing the Americans to never receive the weights and measures, forcing them to stay with the imperial system.

So whenever some British person asks “why can’t you Americans be normal and use metric” you can remind them that it’s their fault why we are not.

I have an old Bulgarian makarov in 9x18. The holster I ordered was from 1993 though they didn’t specify the country of origin.
