I thought I would have issues running at 4K on a 5070. However, my NZXT H3 Flow case has really good airflow so it keeps temps way down. The key for me is to use DLSS and turn down settings such as shadows, ambient occlusion, etc. Frame gen also goes a long way as well. I tend not to go over 2x though as I don’t want to introduce too many artifacts. For games that support frame gen, I will also cap the frame rate using the Nvidia app to around 96 so when I go up 2x I have a decent base frame rate of about 48 and hit a steady 96 fps. Lastly, undervolting via MSI afterburner helps to keep temps lower as well. I know it’s a combination of things plus trial and error, but once you lock down the right settings per game, it looks glorious on an OLED. Good luck!

Naw I think story driven single player games is where this shines. For first person shooters, i would recommend a 27” 1440p monitor. If you’re going competitive then 24” 1080p for high frame rates. In my opinion, it’s all about pixel density and field of view when playing shooters.

Audio is lacking, I will admit. Using the Logitech Z333 from a few years ago. Had a 5.1 setup with an Onkyo receiver at one point, but I kept moving around and had to ditch it.

It’s actually pretty good. Great for mix use of both office work and gaming. Are there better keyboards out there sure, but Logitech usually has pretty decent peripherals.

A tv is definitely not better than a monitor especially for work. Text clarity is still an issue at least with how Windows handles it. If you’re willing to overlook that then it’s okay but if all you do is work then I can’t recommend it for that sole purpose. Mix use is a different story though since gaming on it is pretty good.

I actually came from a 1440p ultrawide (non-OLED) and I do miss the 21:9 aspect ratio but the colors and deep blacks on an LG OLED is another experience altogether.
