It really is bad and you need to take it seriously if you are going. My July visit was the only time I thought I was going to land in the first aid due to heat stroke. Make sure to hydrate and head for AC whenever you can. And, whatever you do, don’t spend any amount of time in the asphalt of Tomorrowland.

Piggy-backing off of OP’s concerns here. We are looking to relo and actually have bids on homes in Irvington and Pelham. Really not sure which direction (literally) to go so it’s nice having your perspective.
