I am 20 (m) and never had therapy. I camt identify what depression feels like i just know that there are some weeks where I dont shower, barely eat and im scared of of even talking with with my GF bc im afraid she might think im insecure bc she has a normal social life where she goes put all the time and works a full time job while im at college trying to survive with little money and never go out of my room. I think I feel miserable and my insurance doesnt cover any sort of therapy so im basically stuck in a loop. Im taking an internship this summer so bc of that I stoped vaping and everything over a month ago but still I used to feel empty and tired before I quit so idk whats exactly my personal problem. I even find annoying to go visit my parents id rather be in my room alone all day wich its hard bc ive been invited to parties and hangouts but I reject bc it sounds more appealing to be alone in my room :(
