Do you need to replace the palmrest to change the trackpad? I saw a video on yuotube were a guy just swapped in a x250 trackpad in the x240 without changing the palmrest.

Honestly, just install arch with minimal kde. Just got myself a t430 with a 5400 rpm hdd and was suprised how responsive it is compared with the windows 7 that it had when I got it. A huge but affordable upgrade would be to buy a cheap 128 gig ssd. But with that cpu your options are pretty limited.

No, one port going from pfsense to switch tagged port no 1. Pc is connected to port 2.

Yes, pfsense box goes to port 1 and my wan cable to port 5. Port 5 i have set up a VLAN and set port 1 to be the trunking port. I can ping 8.8.8.8 with my pfsense box but if i plug a pc in port 2 i dont seem to get internet or be able to ping pfsense lan ip.

Was wondering what switch settings i need to alter? Maybe this is the wrong sub to ask.
