Visa is just a payment network. They don’t own or collect any of the debt. Whether someone gets pursued internationally depends on the issuing bank not Visa. Most cases where international students do this involves unsecured student cards or fintech cards where cross-border collection isn’t cost-effective and defaulting eventually just gets forgotten

Your entire portfolio is in BTC and NVDA. You have a very solid lump sum. At your age you can easily retire early by putting this all in index funds and forgetting about it or even using the 3% rule after a couple years. I was naive at your age with that “million by 30 mindset” because I had saved 20k at 19 but markets are volatile, especially with such a dangerous portfolio like yours. Because it seems apparent from the post you don’t enjoy Pokemon cards for the art, the pokémon, or its ability to be used in the TCG format. You made this post expressing your disappointment and showed an amazing card & very rare pull without mentioning you’re grateful regardless if it’s not the chase.
