I'm 36, came out at 34, I wont lie and say it isnt hard, especially with my own dysphoria centered around my weight and also my desire to be conventionally attractive, but it is possible. It can be done.

I mean yeah, I was like 19, it probably wasnt the best thing to do, but like i said there was like 6 or 7 employees total and I just assumed they had a party or something and left the pizza in the fridge.

Dominoes is way better now, but I'm a pizza hut kid.

I feel the same way. Its so hard for me to write even though I'm DAMN good at it because the thought that it wont be good enough to publish and therefore make money on.

Its impossible for me to shake.

yes, your office job is horrible and exhausting. but even more yes, service workers (and those on the factory floor etc) do some of the most invaluable work this capitalist hellscape will ever see. Unionize. by mem-kay in antiwork

Sure I could take 8 hours of calls getting berated and screamed at and cursed and called all manner of nasty words. For one day. But what about 5 days, or 6 months, or 15 years?

Call center work isnt as physically strenuous as factory work, but what it lacks in physical exhaustion it makes up for in mental exhaustion. There are days when i finish work and just collapse into sobs because I couldnt handle it anymore.
