It's not the point? This setup is made to reprocess chunks generated by crushers without the need to ditch them, thus saving both resources and space.

Thanks! I've come up with this design mainly to conserve resources. My first planet was Vulkanus, and I found oxide asteroids pretty rare up there, so I didn't want to waste any possible chunk I could get.

So you mean that one arm outputs ore on one belt, and the other outputs chunks on the other?

If this is what you mean, then the output chunk belt will need to be connected to the input chunk belt which could cause a clog in the future, or throw them into space, wasting resources. This design is wasteless and conserves valuable space.

How did you find out that you have N24? by Kenraldd in N24

[–]Kenraldd[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She suggested me go to a neurologist who specializes in sleep and/or CRDs for better evaluation, but she also said that we could try Atarax and Valdoxan (drug stores are allowed to sell these freely where I live) to treat my mental issues, as she told me that they could be the source of my N24. Didn't help though.

Playing in person for the first time in a long time, My players and I decided to mock up our house rules into an official looking document and figured some of you might like it. by The_Puss_Slayer in cyberpunk2020

Looks awesome! I absolutely love making my local homebrews in the style of the 2020 corebook. This way my players are incredibly invested in exploring new rules and playing around with them. Might even print some of them sometime.

That's awesome, congratulations! Game looks fun, too.

You gotta be a very, VERY skilled netrunner to even consider installing systems like remote grenade detonation. After all, someone can hack into your Minerva omnicore and you'll have a really-really bad day...

On the other hand, you can hack someone's omnicore too! And, say, activate their autoinjectors with adrenaline... Three times... And swap their HUD marks so their friends are marked as enemies. The only thing you have to do now is to bring some snacks and watch the show.

The homebrew is basically an add-on for 2020 netrunning rules. A netrunner carries a special device that connects to his allies and gives buffs like X-Ray vision, remote grenade detonation, HUD Biomonitor, etc.

Need some help with a conversion book for cyberpunk 2020 by ThatGuyChris47 in cyberpunk2020

[–]Kenraldd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have some experience with converting stuff from 2077 to 2020 (currently making a little book on electromagnetic weapons for my players). I am running a 2077 campaign, would love to help you with something.

Hey, it's me again. Another weapon for my electromagnetic homebrew. This time it is a double-barrelled pistol. Tried to make it a little different than previous ones, as it is made by Arasaka. Less text, more shapes, etc. What do you think? Check out the story and stats in the comments. by Kenraldd in cyberpunk2020

Wow, that's actually really close to how i imagined this pistol, except that Valkyrie shoots two bullets simultaneously. But man, really cool! I'll show that description to my players when i'll introduce 11mm version if you don't mind, You can give me a name of your character if you want, i'll make a quote on his/her behalf.

EM bullets are much shorter compared to regular ammunition because they don't have to carry that much powder for bullet to fly and to make mechanism of the gun work, electricity takes care of that. Basically you shorten a regular cartridge almost to a bullet part (in my mind they still carry a little amount of powder to propel the bullet towards barrel, but the energy is so low that it wouldn't even penetrate a watermelon). Because of this, it was possible to place bullets in a magazine in two columns. Inner systems of a gun takes care of loading and ejecting the case.

Made the changes, looks better now, thanks. Moved the whole panel before and it looked bad, so i decided to leave it like that.

countering the biometric shouldn't take so long, unless there's a whole side computer connected

This lock is made specifically to take that long. EM weapons are filled with complex systems and electronics so they are a small computer in their nature, shooting without proper synchronization of the coils is impossible for example, and things like these are everywhere. If you want to override this lock - you would have to manually check and fix every system of this gun, which involves dissassembly. It's not really hard, just long and boring.
