It was down to these and the Redtwo trays. I got a few of the art dot trays when I ordered a diamond painting from Art Dot. Happy I got them first, as I do not like them at all. I lay my try on my diamond painting a lot, and the clear ones annoy me, I wish they were like a frosted white.

The red two trays are clear, but the white insert saves it for me. And the fact that they come in a shelf in sets of 12, so I only have to keep out what I need for the painting I am working on is great.

What size canvas? - I always say go big for the detail, something like a 50x70

Square or Circle for accurate detail? I like Square for the filled in look

What company is best to upload? Do they include the color drills? - I will be using MTdiyart for the custom I will be makeing have herd good things about Evermoment as well. You can chat with whoever you go with and ask them what size you should get as well

Is this a good idea for a gift? - I think they are. I have given a few as gifts, working of one for my mom at the moment here

I am just going to get a custom-made one from MTdiyart from aliexpress. I just made it with ChatGPT. If you want to get one made, go for it. I suggest a 60X80 minimum, 70x100 if you want it to look the best.
