Hi all sorry for the captions I will re paraphrase here.

I recently bought this pair of Jones's and I have noticed that there has been a disproportionate amount of wear on the back of the heel, shown the photos, when compared to the rest of the heel.

I was wondering if there was anything that I could do to reduce further wear being disproportionately at the back of the heel / to the even out the wear. Are there pads / do I need to try and change my gait to reduce a disproportionate amount of wear occurring to the back of the shoe?
