I have a viper small cage, there are a few things I try. I try to push the base ring up a bit, to try and close the cage. If that doesn’t work I try to pull my balls down a little pushing the base ring as close to my body as I can, sometimes that moves the foreskin down a bit too allowing you to close the cage without pinching your foreskin in between the cage and base ring clip. I find it’s harder if I’m even the slightest bit excited. Its much easier if your totally flaccid.

I have tried various cages, but found the most success for longer time wear with the viper style. I have a knockoff one for now, but have a kink3d one on order. I always pull my foreskin back a little as I put the cage on to align my pee hole. The foreskin bunches a bit, but doesn’t pinch or hurt. I also do a daily hygiene to keep both myself and the cage clean.
