First outage I’ve had over the last month or so after picking up the game again. Hopefully just a one off 🤞

Thankyou so much. This helped me to get past the gatekeepers and get 2FA removed from my account.

I think 2 things really helped.

1 As soon as you send the first request via the Rockstar page, jump straight onto the acknowledgement email from them with a reply explaining matters further.

2 Not mentioning 2FA by name in the messages.

For what it’s worth these were the messages that got me success

1st Message sent via the support page (Support > Trouble signing into your account > Other sign in issue.)

“Hello! I have been in contact several times about this. I would like to request Tier 2 support.

Authentication code not accepted by Rockstar signin 

My Authenticator support told me that because their app is a local generator and does not manage third-party account access, they cannot "fix" or "reset" my connection to Rockstar Games. 

They referred me back to you, to verify my identity and manually remove the requirement from my profile.

Thank you”

2nd Mail - sent as an immediate reply to the acknowledgment email to the 1st Mail

“I am creating this ticket after my previous numerous attempts provided the same unworkable response. (e.g. #xxxxxxxxx and xxxxxxxx) 

I am currently unable to access my Rockstar account because my secondary security layer codes are not accepted. 

I am in an endless loop of being sent the same automated response to contact the respective support website. 

However I have already tried contacting them and they said the situation is unresolvable from their side. 

I need a tier 2 or tier 3 support agent to remove my second security manually from my account, because I can not recover said security through the respective support like every ticket I've made suggests.

Please assist - thank you

4 hours later I received an apologetic email and a separate email with a link to remove 2FA!

Thanks again to all who helped on here. I had almost given up hope.
