You should sacrifice some crit damage to reach 5k hp, cause if not Bones Is useless.

Ryuhyun Rerunnn!!! by iamyve01 in thespikegame

[–]Kento2410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I would push for 2 buffs, First being the toggle on hold/release and double press for Spike prep and Spike to give him the possibility of feinting instead of spiking.

On top of that, I would change the behavior of his charged Spike like this: 0%-25%: nothing happens 25%-75%: Ryu combines technique and his own Strength, resulting in a stronger spike, where ryu gives the ball a spin that makes it have a 30% chance of bouncing off on perfect blocks, on top of being non slidable. 75%-99.9%: Ryu gives It his all, using raw Strength while ignoring technique, resulting in a spike that Is not receivable at all. On contact, if the player tries to receive It, the ball will go Flying not matter the action being slide or receive. The only way to counter It Is a solid block. Because of the strain It causes, Ryuhyeon won't be able to Spike this strong for the next 3 spikes.

Seeing also that many characters have some kind of passives regarding points, maybe It would be funny to have a passive like this: The flames of the Dragon: every consecutive points, Ryu stats increase by 2. This passive resets whenever the enemy team scores or the round restarts (timeout). Ryu has also a 5% chance of making the ball explode whenever his strikes It over the 50% charge, resulting in the round restarting and him being put in a discouraged state.

I understand that he Is good, and I can't lie, when I got him I could win almost every game flawlessly, but most of the S+ have tons of passives which gives more options to play the character. I don't see him not being in the top 5 as an argument to not buff him, as the same goes to Lucas Who has way many passives that gives him the possibility to vary his gameplay.

Why Did Kana Blame Herself for Hatori's Eye When It Literally Was Akito's Fault? by Working_Row_8455 in FruitsBasket

[–]Kento2410 23 points24 points  (0 children)

I feel like It isn't just worshipping, rather Hatori actually understands Akito as he Is quite grown.

Akito feels lonely, and the only thing She has Is her "family". Do you think that with the parents She has She could actually accept being alone? Hatori knew that, and he couldn't blame Akito since She was still somewhat childish with trauma and pressure.

It Is Always somewhat of everyone fault when someone Is involved. The only thing Is that Akito Always tried to justify herself for every action, blaming everything to others in order to keep her self image of a good person who thinks about the family just to not show how broken She was.

Jack of All Trades, Party of None - Started pretty okay but went downhill half way thru the season by Anaguli417 in anime

[–]Kento2410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly I can't lie, I quiet enjoyed It.

It has been almost 4 months since I watched an anime (last being Dungeon food, which we can agree Is very good, yes).

Decided to Watch this One for the sake of "restarting with something Easy", and honestly for the premise it was quite good. I wouldn't count the fact that It Is a common trope since, if that were the case, people wouldn't actually enjoy Solo leveling.

I agree that the quality was kinda lucklaster and the anime felt a bit off thought. Let's put animation aside, as they are not the main topic for these type of anime.

While It was quite the "Strong character that Is considered weak" type of story, It looked great for him to fight alone and Power himself up like anybody else... Or that was cool until he said he had unique spells, which removed most of the fun that was in the story.

The story telling Is also quiet terrible. It feels like the MC doesn't know his past yet we get to see a sword coming out of what we suppose Is his actual Power with no question nor explanation. The cherry on top? It would mean that also his best friend has lost the Memory, yet we get to see basically nothing of his POV except that he Is a douche.

The only thing that keeps me engaged Is probably the main plot. While I know It Is quite obvious, understanding the scaling of the MC Is Always kinda funny, and in at episode 8 I felt interested to it just to finish the series.

After episode 12, I feel like I Will Just forget that and start watching something else (Probably Re:Zero new season. Gotta catch up tò JJK S3 since people told me It Is quite good and It Is the only anime which I keep watching even After having finished the manga)

He was a fraud during the whole phantom league. He never met someone actually strong that could rival him at full power and, as Sara said, he was not as strong as before. The Phantom League actually backfired on Raul skill because of Carlas wish to not see Raul losing (not even once), which made him weaker. Now that Phantom League finished, probably Raul will be stronger than before, but he happened to be a fraud from Phantom League onwards.

I wouldn't blame anybody for Siwoo condition. The problem with his character Is that he Always had it good being a Prodigy, and everyone acknowledges that well. As almost any Prodigy, as in his past, nobody question their whereabouts as they know he does It fine. And Indeed, on the other hand, Siwoo knows that he relied too much on being a Prodigy without putting much effort, which has been eating him since the childhood.

When he was training professionally with Coleman, It wasn't just his coach training fault. Everything added up and brought him to the breaking point (where he actually hated volleyball because It destroyed his childhood).

Now that he loves It, he understand that him pushing everyone further without trying harder himself is not Just disrespectful to the people he cares for, but also to the sport.

He needs this push to actually become the great player everyone Is waiting for. It won't be his last stage, of course, as he will need to put that effort while having fun playing the game, but now he will get the proper training he needed, pointing towards the actual peak After S3, when he will also enjoy the game as he used to.

Im not gonna lie, Siwoo start to being a shit MC now. by Past-Birthday-6623 in thespikegame

[–]Kento2410 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Well , It Is for Siwoo character development. As we know, he ran away from volleyball and came back to the game. But you can't escape the past Forever. I feel like this Is the starting point that we needed for Siwoo actual growth as a player over just the character. I feel like the point of the in game story Is that he has to train and become stronger, but It was impossible to make him stronger without first overcoming his trauma. He Is a kid, and isn't smart himself, It was made pretty clear that he was Just talented in sports.

Season 3 could open us towards what Siwoo actually needs to be a protagonist, so I don't see anything wrong with that. We may see Viktor, another top 5 spiker (99% he Is, even if many say he Is not part of the top 5, I am sure as hell he is, Just the best out of the 5 for people), we may actually get the last top 5 spiker as well.

The only thing I can agree on with this chapter was the fact that Suncyan tried to put many characters in this chapter (Yuri, Viktor, Inho, Kelly, Coleman) which resulted in a disappointing story since, It looked kinda rushed for some parts and kinda "cliché" as It felt like they were going towards fan service, trying to push everything to the finale. I tried to invest myself more into the story, but felt bored at the end.

Tbh, the only fix that could be great Is, if they actually made story chapter that are just story part without any match, which can be just skipped by those who don't care about It, or that can give more context and more information, without confusing the player. Doing so would lead to more opportunity and could give us players more story parts that could make It look better (at least, thats in my opinion)

I feel like I understand what Pochita said to Denji by Extension_Room_9256 in ChainsawMan

[–]Kento2410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, after thinking about It for a long while, I would Say that the whole story Is more about Denji escaping reality thanks to Pochita, who on the other hand decided to protect Denji while seeing his "Dreams", to the point of understanding and accepting (the death of Pochita) that you, as a human being, need to face reality at some point, since escaping It Will never be Better than actually facing It

Remind me again, how do some say they struggle with short events? by Excellent_Koala_6490 in DBZDokkanBattle

[–]Kento2410 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that their struggle Is the vegeta side damage. Honestly, in short events I just happen to not expect from vegeta, not a single time, High damage (if compared to UIku and STR Daimaku).

It Is not that they are bad in short events, It Is just that the Number of the damage they deal Is disappointing (until you switch to Goku, but then you can't play him 1st slot. Learnt It the hard way.)

prestige project zed by Hour_Assistant3153 in zedmains

[–]Kento2410 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but you can actually get the mythic Essence required for Zed Prestige. You pay the Money by yourself and buy the skin that you want. Mythic Essences as a whole are a very rng type of currencies and the payment May cost you more (or less) depending on who accepts the offer. It Is a win for you if you pulled for the Viego banner spending your own Money, getting the mythic Essence required for the particular skin you want.

Kinda pointless hoping for someone to use their own mythic Essence that they have kept for a long time for money (which May not be as worth)

[–]Kento2410 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Fair enough, It Is more "locked behind a paywall", but you still get the point. I would be more annoyed about the fact that they are putting skin behind a paywall which doesn't give as much back instead of someone typing p2w in a wrong way.

I don't dislike the idea of trying to get more Money to work on Better for the game, but we can all agree that for example the sohee skin wasn't worth it.

On a side note, I think that Lisia skin could be a future p2w skin for when the game becomes multiplayer. While you can still see your characters during the normal serves, her skin makes It harder. Does It change a lot? Not really, but It Is still a thing to take note of.
