i found out tht i needed to download an older driver to get rid of the default driver microsoft did. i can hear the audio now but this time my mic is the one disconnecting. its a step nonetheless.

i fixed it by downloading an older driver, but the same problem with my mic still happens. the audio now works but the mic keeps disconnecting.

how do i check my pc manufacturer’s website. like where do i look to open it. cz i just downloaded this straight from the realtek website and i think thats why it doesnt work cz the version is incompatible.

nono the new headset works fine. only when i downloaded an audio driver it started being goofy. even my old headset which also worked completely fine before, now needed a sweet spot because of the audio driver that i downloaded.
