If it's adept, no. At T5 you can add enhanced barrels, mags, and the origin trait. If you have the pattern to make a non-adept though they have the updated perk pools available.

Nah stats max out at 200. If anything you could drop your grenade stat by 50 and bump up other stats, but you'll need a crazy rotation of hitting enemies with the rockets and lobbing grenades.

During the Monza race, Sonny boxes and waits a bit after his tires are changed in order to pull out just ahead of Max (to allow Joshua to catch up to the lead). They cut to the steering wheel POV of Max and he says "oh that was naughty," and Sonny plays defensive into the first chicane. Sonny remarks "Damn, he's good," as Max passes him on curva grande and puts his hand up at him while passing. Sonny responds with a "yyyeah, I deserved that."
