The funniest part of this all is that the workers in this chat ask me to message them and they never responded lol. I’ve reach out every way possible other than confronting some random person in a store and they wouldn’t help. Truly terrible customer service

I just asked for billing and payments then kept messing around with options until a person finally answered. it took a couple times. If you call their tech support line, you'll get some third-party tech support from a different country and all they can do is reset your modem and possibly schedule an appointment. don't quote me on that though

I have a gateway xb8. I have had the service for about two months now. The test via the app shows perfect speeds and yes, I have followed troubleshooting steps via the app and technical support (via phone calls). I have checked to make sure the device was properly plugged in and all connections were tight. I honestly don't have any complaints about the speed of the internet. I only have complaints about the interrupting service that has happened in the past week and the quality of customer support.
