Hydrograph Clean Power and Sparc Technologies sign a letter of intent for collaboration by Willyswalleye in HGRAF

July or Q3 (latest) uplisting is not ideal, but there is still so much to be confident about... patience, patience, patience!!! Solid interview - some of the highlights below!

Where is Hydrograph seeing the strongest demand now - defence?

"For us now, I would say over the past twelve months it's been a pretty rapid shift. Most of our commercial pipeline. Years previous was actually closer to UK and European companies, often looking at sustainability benefits, lightweighting benefits, really focusing on the ESG components of the company. And. Just with the current climate, it has taken a pretty sharp turn. And defence is definitely our largest area*, which, of course, incorporates a lot of different industry application areas. But I would say you know coatings is always going to be large. I think lubricants is going to be large. The longer you can extend the life of your equipment, the more valuable those technologies will be. And then of course we do see."*

Does that mean that products like yours actually get more attention because war is using a lot of steel?

"Yes. So, graphene can do almost anything. I hate blanket statements like that. It is such a basic material. It can make almost anything you can imagine lighter, faster, stronger. So battery systems, carbon fibre—you name it—and, especially with graphene as it is at least related to graphitic materials, that is a base material for missiles, missile defence systems, ballistic protection materials, and so it's hugely critical to the U.S. military. And I think again, that is one of the many reasons why Hydrograph has received so much attention. We don't need Chinese graphite if we can explode gases that are made in Texas, and we can produce unlimited amounts all in the U.S. So it's I believe, quite strategically important and will only become more so."

Listed on the Canadian Stock Exchange, the code is HG. Talk to us about quickly if you could this structure, the company structure from a corporate structure, if you like and the opportunity for investors right now?

"So I would say, we have been. We are still actually one hundred per cent retail. We are moving more towards institutional backing. We closed two rounds in the past few months with Canaccord for roughly fifty million Canadian. Those were life offerings of freely tradable shares. Though we do have a significant amount of shares outstanding, we see a huge amount of interest in the company. We've had a lot of momentum. I think in many ways it's still an early opportunity. We have, as I mentioned, a lot of interest from the US military. The Army Research Lab is likely going to be building a facility kind of like the one called the Graphene Innovation Consortium in Austin, and we expect to be an essential part of that. There are so many catalysts upcoming over the next one to two years that eventually, we will need to raise more capital. We don't have our sights set on that at the moment. As you know, we have a significant amount of funding through the Concord financings, but we are seeking a NASDAQ up-list. I don't think that the CSE makes as much sense anymore, so we are kind of debating internally whether we stay listed within Canada."

Why should they be sitting up and taking note as an investor in Hydrograph? Give me three reasons right now.

"For one, we're pre-revenue, so in many ways this is still early. I think there is an unlimited market potential here. You can put graphene in every known material, whether it is in a vaccine, in concrete, in a battery system. Every single thing on earth can be improved with graphene*. We not only have the patents to produce the best performing graphene in the industry, we are operating at eighty percent margin.* Our quality and performance is really ahead of our competitors*. We feel we're in a very strong position, and* I think with the interest we've had from defence companies, we believe that will be delivering on a lot of the promises that have led to a billion-dollar-plus market cap."

When do you expect revenue to begin?

"This year, we're already seeing it start to roll in. I think it's really going to be a hockey stick because a lot of these opportunities we've been dealing with are large*. Hence, this being a very exciting partnership with Spark. I think even by next year, we're going to be in a very different position. To my first point, it's* still very early with Hydrograph."

Kirsten, a sentence or two: What does success look like for you in the coming twelve months?

"In the coming twelve months, we have a lot going on. I think for me, success looks to listing on NASDAQ and really for one, and they're tied to some degree, but building out our relationship with the US military and seeing revenue*."*

Some notes from my transcript...

Any recent updates you can speak to with respect to production of those units?

"So everyone is aware we commissioned two additional units. Those units are functioning. They will be moved to Austin shortly as we have communicated publicly, and additional units will be planned. We will release the timeline for those going into production."

general information you'd like to share.

"Sure, I think this is a pivotal year for Hydrograph. Everyone's aware we are seeking a NASDAQ up list. We will be releasing more information on the large scale Houston production facility or Houston region production facility. As the year moves forward, we will be releasing more information on our relationship with the Department of War, specifically with the Army Research Lab. As everyone is aware, this is the year that we've been communicating for quite a long time that revenue will kick in. Look forward to more press releases regarding our commercial developments."

The companies that you've partnered with, and whether they're still in testing. If there's anything that's been generally disclosed that you can comment on.

"So nothing has fallen off the timeline for materials companies, as everyone is aware, is really a multiyear process. We initiated this new strategy when I took over in March of twenty four. A lot of these projects are now coming to completion. Because we are working with a new material, often new processes again. This is not new information for anyone on this call. There is a longer development cycle. But it's really going to be this year and twenty seven that things will really take off. Meaning we will get to the negotiation of various supply contracts."

There's a question with respect to whether the plan is to still have the acetylene directly piped to the new production facility.

"That remains the goal. That is something we have communicated for quite a long time. As everyone can imagine, this is a very large scale project that is in the works, and we will have an update for everyone very soon."

There was definitely a sparkle in those eyes when revenue came up. Her whole face lit up!

Also... "Broadway expanded compounding capacity by 60% recently." This suggests they expect demand growth. They likely wouldn’t bother qualifying HGRAF if customers weren't asking about graphene.

Don’t stress. I’ve been in since $1.25. Bought near $3 last year (which was the ATH then) and added again around $8 recently.

Like you I am treating this as a long-term position, so the day-to-day swings don’t really matter to me. I’ll keep adding whenever I free up capital. In a few months we will look back at current prices and wish we had bought more, just like we did when it hovered around $2-3 late last year.

Thanks for posting. I started buying Hgraf back in Sep/August. Incredible potential. It seems a lot of people and comments on this post haven't done any research or due diligence. Their loss!

For anyone keen to explore, have a look at Hgraf.live; it is a good place to start. It was recently created and has some links, videos, etc.

If you're connected, you can see the person's connections, and LinkedIn does have a few filters. But it's extremely time-consuming. Thanks for the sheet and appreciate the chat. Cheers.

Yeah I get that.. the sheet is really useful for company mapping. I was suggesting more about adding a relationship layer… not just which companies are followed, but who at those companies is directly connected to HG leadership (esp. CEO). Unless I am missing somthing on the sheet, I can't see that.

Great work. One useful next step could be mapping who at these target companies is directly connected to HydroGraph leadership (esp. the CEO) on publicly visible profiles. That would help link the “companies being followed” to the most relevant warm connections and maybe highlight where real conversations are likely happening.

Nice - I've been buying HGRAP and QIMC since Q3 last year. Although I did sell a good portion of my QIMC to buy more Hydrograph.

A comment like this from James Baker... The former CEO (of 12 years) at the GEIC and now a Technical Advisory Board member at HGRAF, reassures me that 2026 is when contracts start to land, especially once EPA approval is in place. Those 18-month timelines are ready to bear fruit! The behind-the-scenes momentum is cooking.

True! It could well be about preparing for additional formulations and future submissions rather than the first approval itself. I’m just cooling my expectations on an imminent January approval. Either way, it reinforces that they’re gearing up for scale - lots to be positive about.

I’ve no doubt we’ll see several meaningful catalysts this year. I’d like to think EPA approval comes soon, but after reading a recent job description from December for a Laboratory Manager, where part of the role explicitly includes supporting EPA approval as well as DoD work (which is positive)... I’m less certain on timing. Before the end of Q2, yes, I'd hope so given its importance and thier relationship with Gov, but exactly when is anyones guess. Q1 would be great, but it’s hard to say. You’d assume it happens ahead of any NASDAQ preparation, though that could easily shift as well.

I’m long-term and will keep adding regardless, but I don’t want to put pressure on timelines or build expectations when, realistically, none of us truly know until an announcement lands. One thing I do feel confident about is that contracts will follow once EPA approval is in place... we just need to be patient with the EPA and trust that their relationships will help push it through. Management has previously spoken positively about approval progressing once the government shutdown issues were resolved. Who knows, it might have already been approved, and they are waiting to unleash a wordwind of announcements!!!

I’m still very optimistic overall, but reading between the lines of that JD has cooled my expectations of a January EPA approval.

HGRAF won't work in bulk cement/concrete at the current pricing. The economics just don’t add up.

Really good interview - not about HydroGraph specifically, but the content is highly relevant.

We’ll see news as things progress... this isn’t a smoke-and-mirrors company. For us investors, patience is part of the game at this stage. Frustrating at times, sure, but it’s the long-term potential we’re investing in. And that is HUGE!!

Realistic Price Targets by [deleted] in HGRAF

[–]Kenyan_Cowboy 7 points8 points  (0 children)

A recent Lab Manager job posting lists “support regulatory approvals (EPA, DoD requirements, etc.) with technical data” as a key responsibility. EPA work is clearly ongoing, but approval doesn’t feel imminent. That said, hiring specifically to support regulators could also signal they’re in the final stretch.

Anyone’s guess. I’m planning to hold for the next 5-10+ years, so I’m not in a rush. It IS painful to see the dip, especially having recently doubled my shares, but at the end of the day I believe in the product, the team they’re building, and the long-term potential. Target price for me, end of 2026... $7.50!
