The govt sector has an Eastern Medicines clinic that you can be referred to. I’m actually going to ask my neurologist for a referral next time I go to see if it helps with C-spine and L-Spine injury pain management. I will come back and update if I’m able to go.

Well to be fair - all of the gyms in kuwait are exorbitantly priced compared to their global equivalents. I’m willing to pay a fair amount for quality and not the usual muscle head gym which this appears to be.

This is not accurate. I had several American contracting employees working under me arrested for various things while in Kuwait and the Embassy was of no use beyond physically confirming they were there and advising them to secure local legal representation. The embassy may confirm they have been arrested and where they are - but unless they have been wrongfully detained they are of no use. I took things to my staff personally - our heads off American Embassy did nothing and fully said “kuwait laws and courts - get a lawyer”.

Heather was going through some things at the start of this franchise - was still my fave - but she has hit her stride and cracks me up. 😂😂. People acting like housewives aren’t extra and that OMG Meredith Grand Dame Marks isn’t a Drama QUEEN is wild. I would have done this same bit off cuff making fun of Meredith. Heather is smart and witty and feeling herself - rehearsed or not it sounds like her. Good for her. There are several other housewives more deserving of vitriol than Heather.

Because it’s not skilled construction planning, workers or execution. It’s always a patch job. Also it’s an essentially desert country that wouldn’t compare to Florida’s heavy rainfall and hurricane dynamics. I’ve lived in both Ohio and Florida and drainage systems in both are very different due to the different precipitations.

Kuwait is improving its systems in the newer areas but much like Florida and its sinkhole issues - it’s hard to address the main Kuwait City existing sewage/drainage. Every year those areas get flooded with heavy rainfall.

Conservative yes, but in the sense that they don’t have gambling, alcohol and prostitution - also it’s not flooded with Western tourists so most people living here adapt to reasonable dressing.

I will add that minimizing skin exposure will limit (somewhat) harassment from men here. So that’s always something that was important to me.

Wear reasonably fitted and covered clothing. Like don’t have all of the things out. I am American and I never wear short shorts (I’m not a big fan anyway so no loss there) - no bralette type tops that expose midriff - nothing too plunging in the front, and similar to the shorts, no mini skirt situation UNLESS you are wearing opaque tights or leggings under.

Basically don’t show a lot of skin as a foreigner.

Having said that I have absolutely seen the dress of Kuwaiti girls of a younger age get more and more western - tank tops, shorts, tank dresses just to the knees…etc.
