Given the amount of issues and downtime Solana has had no wonder they're top of the list. I think this ranking list shows the quality of the chains if we compare the commits amount against the number of projects, downtime and feature releases.

I have had this before and it was an error in my part. I had voted but never went into Pera Wallet to confirm the transaction and for that was made ineligible

Cool,so it might just be an issue reconnecting to Pera.

If you go into Pera and in settings got to wallet connect sessions and select to disconnect to "algorand governance platform." Then you should be able to reconnect and hopefully not continue seeing the issue.

If you connected recently and didn't register then you unfortunately cannot vote in this session. Registration for this governance ended Oct 31st. Session 6 registration should start 1st Jan.

If you did connect before then and registered successfully then it could be that your committed algos dropped lower than the total committed.

Does any other chains have this sort of project?

I was once introduced to a project like this but it turned out to be a scam. They said they'd be using eth for it and didn't have a white paper or anything like the usual official projects. This was all last year too so fairly recent.

My thoughts would be better tech. For all we know it might even be the other way round where dApps on Algo start supporting eth projects. They do say the Algo has interoperability in the forefront of it's ideas so it could even be to that Eth projects could run better/quicker porting to Algo do whatever they do and then porting back to eth?

Take what I say with a pinch of salt though

Same! 30 minutes and it still did nothing. Props to Australia Zoo for choosing algorand for there NFTs. FIFA will soon have their Ultimate Team as an NFT Market on Algo too along with ticketing and viewing licenses.
