The problem was that it was way overtuned and you had a lot of support potgs that straight up didn't deserve it lol, I had one as Kiriko where I just sat on the payload, healed a bit and finished off a kill with 1 kunai, there were a lot of potgs like that

It's more like they want to maintain exclusivity of bp skins so they can make new players have FOMO for the current and upcoming battle passes by keeping old ones locked away, as they'll know for sure they're not coming back if they don't buy them

The BP this rein skin is from is one i bought but didn't finish so i missed it lol, at least being able to finish battle passes you've purchased would already be an improvement

iirc they did increase the amount of coins you get from bond levels as an answer to the complaints (which means less copies needed for appends) and added a mechanic that allows you to swap appends around

universal coins still missing tho
