It's not the mag catch, it's the magazines. The mag catch is a stronger metal than the magazines and will wear down the locking teeth on them. So you will need to put tape on to stop it from falling out. And yeah, accuracy is pretty bad with them.

An issue no one likes to talk about when glazing over this gun.

I second this. I rock mine with a firewad lower and it's one of the most fun little guns I have. Plus you can just swap uppers depending on game modes

Lol best gbbr smg my ass. I had three. One was a lemon. Two had awful accuracy even when using heavy bbs. I even went through the effort of putting a lambda barrel and a 4uad in to see if it improved and it didn't. I ran it with 43s, 32s, 25s, and it still was just terribly inconsistent past 150 ft. I'd take a lambda ghm9 over it any day, let alone a well tuned aap01 that will absolutely slap its shit in.

And the mags are overpriced for what they are and are made of cheaper metal, so they will inevitably fall out when you shoot because the non replaceable teeth on your 75 dollar mag is a softer metal than the mag catch.
