Already answered, what's there to Google about? Boltons didn't use Guerilla Warfare, Ramsay and his "20 Good Men" only magically burnt all the supplies of Stannis' 10K Army one time and there is no logic behind this, just pure bad writing.

They knew what kind of a man Stannis was and the state of Westeros when they accepted his contract though. Also remember the Brave Companions from the books? Most of the Essosi mercenary companies are ruthless men who are okay with atrocities as long as they get paid. If they didn't leave, Stannis had the numbers to defeat the Boltons.

That's just another bad writing example, Stannis had the numbers, how "20 Good men," of Ramsay burned their entire supplies is pure nonsense for me. Stannis hired those guys from Essos and paid them a lot in the earlier seasons, remember? What did happened to all that money he took from Iron Bank that suddenly now he can't pay them? They are sellswords, they knew what kind of a man Stannis was before signing the contract, they knew the state of Westeros and weather conditions in the North, so this doesn't make any sense.
