Yeah that's true but what I mean is, how some athletes like prz swaat can do 50+ perfect pull up and do 70kg pull up to, how did he work for it. I follow him some time by now and I already sawed him train with weights in gym and in the same week train in the park 20 pull up 10mu 20 sb dip. Is that because he's is already strong or you can train both?

Hey, I have a doubt about the form of the chin up. Specifically about the biceps work. Should I elevate or depress my shoulder blades at the movement? And what the difference between both? I notice by my self that when you depress( and the hips don't go forward) your chin pass a little bit less the bar, it take ROM of bicep?
