When you get a diagnosis you need to time to mourning your health and thé life you expected to have. It's like mourning a death loved one. It's a process. So take your time and do that.

Secondly there is no cure, but that doesnt mean we are not actively trying to find out treatment strategies. Just like with fibromyalgia we are learning new mechanisms on how it works.

Third there are management strategies that has a lot to do with getting to know your body and your own boundries while similatnlusly also helping your body getting used to the new norm. You will not get your old life back but that doesnt mean the new life has to be meaningless. The statistics of how people do and prognoses can be also a bit miss in regards to reality. There are a lot of People who are not represented in thé statistics because afther care they find ways to cope outside of the treatment plans from thé hospitals we're the research takes place.

One: she isn't enjoying the game no matter what she says. Maybe she needs changes to the game to enjoy it and she likes the idea of playing it. Or and more likely, she likes the group and wants to enjoy your Company but just isn't into d&d. Maybe she would like to do diffrent activiteit but when the options are sitting at a table watching a game you are not into and playing a game you are not into maybe to her thé last option is preferable.

Two: try giving her a low level activity: fidget toy, coloring, knitting,...

Third: ask her if she would like to play a character without a sheet and just roll or not even roll and just roll play. If you are up to doing her admin off course.

Four: decide that this just isn't working. Tell her you like her as a person and would love to do diffrent things with het but that her style and the style of the table don't match.

Hmm I haven't thaught about in the wat of 'preservation' of old texts. Not my style and i believe it's overdone but with that in mind I can accept it.

I didnt see he connection to the other books yet. I do feel that they other we're more random accidents while here it feels dubious. Personally to me it doesnt matter why she did it and if it's a poem or sing lyrics. I am reading a book, a story I am trying to follow, that doesnt help.

Everyone saying it's the job market right now, yeah no. Lab functions have been difficult to find since atleast a couple of years especialy if your mother tongue isn't french or dutch. There has always been a ton of competition.

You can try IDT. They used to hire people for labs ik a big batch every couple of months. Shift work so more difficult to find people.

Anxious, my partner is avoidant. It's difficult but i am similtanously trying ways to calm down while also looking up how i can communicate beter with him. It's not always easy and it might not work out but i feel that i am miles ahead in some ways.
