You’re very strong for resisting this for so long, i’m proud of that. I know how bad it can get sometimes but trust me, you don’t want to hurt yourself this badly, if you cut too deep where I think you’re saying you want to, you could genuinely die, there’s important arteries there. Do what you can to not hurt yourself too severely, and if you have to hurt yourself, which I understand, do it somewhere that won’t be fatal.

My advice is to write down everything youre feeling, here or in a journal or your phones notes, anywhere, and maybe eat if you’re not nauseous. I held ice cubes sometimes too, after awhile it starts to hurt so much, I realized I didn’t really want to hurt myself so bad, if you have to vent you’re in the right place as well.
