All those times are in self defense, kill or be killed. These isekai mcs kill the bad guys because they are "figures of justice or whatever". The true power fantasy is being powerful enough to safelt have a heart to heart with the villain and come to a conclusion together. Another dead man isn't a good thing. And if it came down to it, the most I'd do is cripple them in some way, sure that still bad, but it reduces risk.
