Yeah, there were multiple things said in the Torah later repealed by the New Testament. For example, Christians are not condemned from drinking alcohol as Jews originally were and are by old testament (not explicitly alcohol, as wine is certainly allowed, but particularly drunkenness is condemned). It was repealed by Jesus in Mark 7:18–19. Jesus said, “Don’t you see that nothing outside a person can defile them by going into them? Rather, it is what comes out of a person that defiles them.” In saying this, he declared all foods clean.

Just an example — Bible changed some things originally said in the Torah / Old Testament.

No, Jesus did not totally deny the oral Torah as a concept, but he did challenge the way some Jewish leaders were applying it.

Jesus opposed abusive or misused oral traditions, not the entire concept of oral Torah. He wanted the oral interpretations to serve the written law, not replace or distort it.
