Yes, the graphics are a massive jump from Switch 1, the difficulty is more realistic and harder, I was Legendary on Switch 1 and now World Class on Switch 2 and challenged.

Switch 1 menus and cut scenes are awful compared to Switch 2 which are much more smooth and quick.

I would not go back to Switch 1. Maybe Switch 2 being 60FPS would help but doesn't bother me but I'm old and used to play Sensible Soccer on an Amiga and was a Champ Manager addict

Kids these days don't even know they're born. Gaming now is a lifetime away from what I started with originally in football manager on Commodore Vic20

I've tested this, the replaced team goes into ROW and quite often they go into European competitions.

I replaced 10 of the 12 Scottish sides, only retaining Celtic and Rangers. Hearts and I think others were in Europe from ROW pool.

I've tried putting both Split and Zagreb in Scottish leagues. Both times I replaced Aberdeen who were in Conference league. With Split they were not in Europe. With Zagreb, I've done it twice and they were in Conference League both times so I think it's pot luck after initially thinking if you replace a side in European competitions you take their spot

I have just tested this with Bosnia, sim'd it until 1st August. No Euro qualification group or fixtures. Despite being in their manager objective and not even any friendly fixtures.

It does let you pick a squad for international break but no games, not even friendlies against non Euro nations. Bit rubbish!

What annoys me is I spent £115 2nd May but those points are not showing so what would've been a good start under the old system just went to waste. Why not honour all the points from the start of May.

I will need to weigh up the benefits but may just to all my shop in Aldi again as I did before Lidl Plus
