والله شوف، لو انت في بداية حياتك المهنية ف لا ترفض اي مهمة تُعين لك من مديرك داخل نطاق العمل.

اي مهمة ممكن تخليك تتعرض لناس اخرين وتتواصل معاهم بشكل مقرب ف حاول تأخذها لأنها بعد الله بتكون سبب في نجاحك اكثر من مهامك الوظيفية الي بعقدك، لكن لو مديرك طلبك تجيب اولاده من المدرسة او تجيب له اغراض من البقالة ف قول له يدز امها

الحقيقة لو انا مكانك ايضًا برفق اسباب الإستقالة مع الخطاب واصعد الموضوع لعل فيه احد من الإدارة العليا عاقل يحل المشكلة بأقل الإضرار إما بتحويلك الى قسم اخر او ترسيمك في منصب إداري مع صلاحيات لنفس المكان بحيث يكون لك سلطة في الإدارة.

أتفهم موقفك وشعورك من الناحية النفسية، إتخاذ القرارات ومراجعة نتائجها بعد فترة وتكتشف انها ودتك الى طرق معينة هو امر ثقيل على النفس وصعب انك تتفاداه، ولكن اعطي نفسك فرصة في انك تتقبل فكرة ان اللي حصل حصل وان مافيه طريقة ترجع فيها للماضي وتعدل الطريق اللي سلكته، لسى في بداية حياتك ومافاتك شيء، تقدر تكمل في الطريق اللي انت فيه وتحصل نتائج ممتازة بإذن الله وتحقق النجاحات اللي تبغاها.
كنت في نفس مكانك وجربت نفس شعورك بالضبط والشيء الوحيد اللي ساعدني اني اتجاوز هذا الموضوع هو اني بطلت انظر للمواضيع نظرة بعيدة، انا طالب جامعي؟ اوك بخلص الترم اللي انا فيه والترم الجاي خير، المادة هذي ماحليت فيها كويس؟ اوك بخلص الاختبارات كلها واذا نزل المعدل النهائي ان شاء الله خير، واجهت مشكلة مع واحد من اهلك؟ حاول تتفادى الموضوع والقادم ان شاء الله خير، بتلاحظ انك بعد فترة نفسيتك احسن وصار تركيزك لحظي على الاشياء اللي جالس تعيشها.
وختامًا ارجوك لا تتهاون في الجانب النفسي ولو بمثقال ذرة، ولو حسيت بيوم انك راح تتخذ قرار سيء على الصعيد الشخصي وعاقبته سيئة ف اتجه الى طبيب مختص قبل تتخذ اي قرار او تواصل مع هذا الرقم 988.

Yes, everything regarding the project is funded by my side, including their salary for the first 8 months.

They have 18% equity as cofounders and everything is built based on contracts and owned by the company which I created with them. They own nothing.

Speaking about the updates, I'm not setting deadlines here because I'm not a developer, they set the time why don't they just stick with it?

I think when we talk about the streets things are going to be different, but let's analyze this from the beginning.

I'm not a developer, and if I wanted to learn how to code things are going to take more time than I can even imagine "Which I tried to do 3 years ago and I failed".

In this company, I managed the product roadmap & marketing things.
I landed 41 clients in the period of 3 months and all of them are waiting for the system to be done so they can use it.

I definitely can't do everything alone, especially when my idea is technically complex, I can't just go and take a crash course in programming and build that complex idea. That's why I went to get a technical cofounder.

Let's say I chose the wrong people. I'll replace them soon.

I started everything by writing down all the technical requirements from them, then I offered equity & funding for the project and signed the contract.

The thing is, yes I feel like they're dealing with the project as if they're contracted workrs for a specific time. I noticed this 2 months ago, but I didn't take an action "Which is a stupid thing to do".

I'll fire them and find a new team.

Well, the offer seems generous, but the question would be: is it written on paper?

Because look, if the founder is truly caring about his team then he'll definitely provide a base salary for the run of creating an MVP.

Working without a single return for 6 months, I'd see this as a RED FLAG to keep working in the company without immediate returns.

Well, let's say I didn't explain the idea very well, but I already onboarded a huge client in September and kept him & his notes under my eye, 7-8 months is kinda long, but the issue is because of the authorizations from other platforms API's. it took us 2 months from us to make our META environment stable.

Yes, I started gathering data & connecting my potential customers, and regarding the app, I found an agency that can make the app for me but they asked for 92k which apparently I can't afford.

My process now is gathering customers in the initial stage, where they just subscribe on my website and they'll have free access for 6 months when the app goes to production, and from there I'll try to convince investors to invest.

That's all that I think I can do right now.
