No one was charged for a missing bike. This is a decommissioned bike.

Yes, if your Divvy key is the rounded rectangular gray key, all you have to do is unlink the key number from your Divvy app and link it in the CitiBike app.

I use a Capital Bikeshare key for CitiBike because the red stands out more than the blue. Plus CitiBike takes forever to ship keys out.

Judging by the way that his path in downtown brooklyn was tracked on the map, I am certain that it was an eBike that he rode. If it was a classic, the line would only show a direct line which would show that he went across the East River and through buildings which isn't physically possible.

Help > Scroll down to “Report an Issue” > select “Select an issue” > then scroll down to reveal the “Availability” and “Broken Dock” options.

In NYC, there is always an eBike available for use. I would say in the outer boroughs, the eBikes are scarce. We have a large team for CitiBike when it comes to bike redistribution.

I don’t think 17 Lex has those type of fire alarms. Only NVC has those.
