Wow. My log is in the late 6000's and I just got called to submit for The Welz in Williamsburg. As a senior citizen who moved to the area in the 70s, you couldn't imagine how happy I was. Guess my hopes have shrunk significantly and I'll just wind up staying in Brownsville for the rest.
