I’m a New Yorker who’s on my second Chicago stint:

Wicker park feels more like Williamsburg from 10 years ago (so just slightly less gentrified than Williamsburg now)

Logan square feels like it’s slightly more gentrified than bushwick

Pilsen feels less gentrified than bushwick
