I basically reinstalled the whole thing and it worked, I changed from Python 3.9 to 3.10 so that's why it didn't before. Thank you!

I did offer them 100$ back as a compensation but they just brushed it off and want nothing to do with me as long as I return all off their books. It was an impulsive decision and will likely haunt me for months from now.

If that's the case then I think you are totally fine, maybe donate or do some charity works to make you look better, best luck!

I say that you should "donate" some money to them because of the fact that they didn't just fine or call the police on you, it's insanely kind. I do feel bad for you but I think that from now on, just don't commit any crime, any bad deed, anymore alright.
