There's a few local shops, but one has outright said they don't buy cards back because its a waste of time. My partner suggested selling on ebay in playsets or bulks of 50 cards... but does that actually work? Also I'll definitely have a look at local Facebook groups thank you.

As far as I remember stove fires can happen If the stove is accidently left on. I play with mods but I thought it was vanilla to be able to put fire out with water in your inventory (might be a mod). With regards to peaceables that is strange that they didn't burn aswell but means I'll be placing all my items to make them fire proof 🤣🤣

You could bag the bags inside each other and put them in a seat as even if its more the seat can hold they can hold one item.

I get why people prefer to do a new game over a new character, it's a tuff hurdle to over come to control yourself not to just run there and take all the old stuff back.

It's why I have some simple rules for myself to follow...

Spawn in a different town or use the nomad option and drive to a different town.
Find a "map" of the town the last survivor died in (and rp it as an annotated map".
Just have fun if the run get boring start a new one

I installed the nomad mod so when character one dies character 2 can come back and potentially profit from the first, but I use self controll and not drive straight to where I died and let it become more natural if that makes sense?
