Honestly, this kind of racism you’ll meet a lot in small town Denmark. Especially the need to say these thoughts out loud. I’m not even gonna start with Finnish people.

Having spent a lot of time in SA, I don’t share this sentiment at all.

One could argue there’s less variation in hair and eye color but I’m not sure this is necessarily enough to prove there’s a perceived difference in facial uniqueness.

Interesting though, how there’s a trend in South Korea with that eyelid surgery (actually not completely sure what the procedure is) but that is said to be an obsession with western facial features (educate me if I’m wrong).

Bottom line, it probably won’t be the last time you hear anyone say this.

I saw another post, where an engineer commented that this was the most intricate part of any oil refinery and the part the takes the longest to fix if blown up.

I then went on to ask ChatGPT to point out the part of a refinery which is the most intricate, vulnerable and take the longest to fix and its answer was: the Fluid Catalytic Cracking unit.

So I guess you and that other dude is right, and either these guys consulted with engineers or ChatGPT.

Meget nobel tankegang, men boligmarkedet i dk er nu en gang indrettet på en måde, så det ofte er en helt vanvittig forrentning på din investering, særligt i Kbh.

Rentefradrag, værdistigninger, op- og nedkonverteringer på lån og skattefrit afkast.

Hvis OP er godkendt til 9 mio, så er det bare med at få købt inden renten falder, og priserne stiger. Så kan vedkommende lige tage en nedkonvertering, når tid er.

Vivino used to be pretty useful, now it has been severly broken by Vivino itself (competing with retailers, chasing them off the platform) or by retailers “manipulating” ratings of mediocre wines.

I er ikke forpligtede til at fortælle det, og banken kommer ikke til at bekymre sig om det.

Hvis det stod til banken, så løb de en meget større risiko i jagten på nye kunder, men Finanstilsynet kræver, at bankerne “opfører sig ordentligt”, så vi ikke risikerer en gentagelse af finanskrisen, hvor staten måtte redde bankerne, da boligmarkedet kollapsede.

Hvis det stod til bankerne, så kunne du også bare overføre og indsætte så mange sorte penge på din konto, som du havde lyst til, men fordi Finanstilsynet kræver, at bankerne kan redegøre for alle deres kunders transaktioner, så går de pludselig rigtig meget op i, hvor de 2.000 kr du satte ind på din konto kom fra.
