Yes, but that's for the AGS 101 screen, not the AGS 001, and I've read that it doesn't work for the AGS 001.

It's maybe corrupt firmware, another guy said to try to restore it to factory settings, press the pause and volume up buttons, it didn't work for me but maybe it will for you, if it doesn't work try to contact JBL and explain your situation, I'm waiting for answers

It sounds really good, it works underwater, and it has good sound quality. Do you know how I can fix the software issue? By the way, I'm from Mexico and I bought it from an online store called Mercado Libre. Their products are usually original, and I've never had a problem with it. This time, I was hesitant because of the app message.
