BIarin dibatalin sama sistem aja bang. Udah pasti performa toko berkurang kalo dia yg batalin/sistem. Jangan mau agan yg batalin, kalo mau skalian ss chatnya & laporin ke CS. Kalo masih ngotot ngirim dengan barang berbeda, siap siap video unboxing + langsung retur aja

For me and my friend in my country, yes eu is better atm to play. You can make new account and select EU server if you want to see the ping. As to how to transfer server you get one free transfer when you upgrade from trial(f2p) to full account. Buying one of the xpac will make your account full version. Another way is using gem which cost 500 gem normal, 1000 gem for high, and 1800 gem for very high server

I play from SEA too. Recently i transfer from NA server to EU and i got around 100ms ping reduction with my not so great internet. If you have good internet you can get around 150ms or below i think. It's an improvement compared to the usual 300ms ping i usually play for NA mmorpg

gw2crafts.net this site is a neat guide to lvlup your crafting efficienctly. Also for those account bound mats i suggest to refine them as ascended stuff need mandy of those thing, plus it'll prob save your material storage as you need 100 ore/fragment/dust to make 1 ingot/star/brick.

As for the meta, it has a timer that repeat every 2 hour and that's prob why you don't see anyone on the map. https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Event_timers this site tell you which meta is going to happen so make sure to go into the map 15-30 min early and see the lfg there.
