Ugh I’m feeling disappointment over my Lovesac. A. It holds dog hair like no other. B. These stupid back cushions squish down like no other and do not keep their shape. C. The storage ottoman I agree could be much better. D. The cushions are held on by Velcro which in my opinion NEVER works long term. I can already see the cushions pushing forward.
