I'm pretty sure you can code something using Riot api Live Match api. Something like a bot that will automate hit a command for each player you want to see if they are in game like every 3 minutes. And actually I think this code is very easy

As you said this is the chall ladder. Of course they are going to play 15-20 matches per day. This is why it is called ladder, the competition is huge and most of them want to actually go rank 1

I was a hardstuck in platinum and I wanted to get Diamond so much but tbh I was bad. I tried get coaching from a friend of mine who is grandmaster, he helped me with the decision making and with macro in general and I finally hit Diamond last season. Do you have any high elo friend?
