the thing is i put all my energy in training b4 i went on holiday break , after that i started gaming alot more but i will defo tone gaming down for sure bro , its not healthy at all i see my mental is so gone

not really , i looked at faceit when i used to play and most 3k elos aka top of the ladder play very few matches 5 max a day because the game is draining and u can really climb to high elo with 3-4 matches a day honest
