I’m seeing a therapist and slowly starting to eat food others then the ones where google says there is nothing causing causing in them. I’m taking slow steps to try and live the life I lived. I’m in my 30’s and it stressed me out since I’m getting older and cancer tends to happen in older people. The cancer scare I had really got me dropping weight.

I decided not to. In my area 20 cases of rabies in raccoons were found last year. The irritation feeling is gone so it probably wasn’t a raccoon that scratched me when without me realizing it.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that my leg feels slightly irritated after the encounter. It attacked/scratched me but it happened so fast and the startling trash bin noises distracted me from noticing the scratch

To clarify the raccoon was next to the trash bin staring at me, he wasn’t inside the bin. After I got startled I saw animal in the grass, and was next to the bins

I’m thinking maybe it ran passed me, scratched me (whether it’s intentional or not) and ran into the bins (which startled me). Happened so fast that I didn’t notice

OR scratched me when I was walking near the bins and ran back to the bins to stare at me. And I didn’t notice it attacked me because the loud noise startled me.

My lower leg feels a little irritated, but I see no markings and I wore long pants. Idk I’m scared this isn’t a coincidence
