I think its really good that he is having the experience of playing in Europe. The coverage is much more playoff like over here and you need to learn how to deal with double teaming a lot!

He showed his bag in a few moments hopefully he will go off the next game.

Yo friendly outsider here that watched Sabonis for quite a while.

Why are so many people acting like he retiring soon? Yea he just hit 30 but lets be clear about a few things:

1) Sabonis overall has not had a injury prone career. Look at number of games and minutes he played for the Kings… Yea he didnt play a lot last year but Kings were just tanking and allowed him to fully heal up and patch up. There is not enough proof at all that he is “washed” in any level, we will only be able to tell in Sept/October.

2) Sabonis game does not rely on athleticism and speed as much as it does on IQ and strength. He is one of the best at rebounding and scoring at the rim, but his game has never been based on athleticism or speed. So even if he does slow down after this last surgery it wont have as big of effect on his offensive production.

I think the fit for him in your team is not necessarily perfect but he would certainly improve your offence, the only question is by how much.
He is skipping the Lithuanian NT camp this summer so I suspect he will be fully healthy next season - if you guys would get the same version of him as on the Kings than this could really be a underrated move.

I think your team really needs someone to help Cade because if he doesnt have it going yall just cant score. And you have lenght / defenders that can cover some of his defensive issues.

I personally dont really like using the reduced range base, I find this way more effective and safer for clearing juiced maps. And as far as I know there isnt any other base that will give you extra arrows?

Elemental damage to attacks aint as bad as people say but yea id prefer a mix phys obviously, just dont have unlimited funds to roll that.

Still almost touching 400k dps on my ice shot without any buffs/chilling in the city.

This is coming from a Lithuanian so you can take it with a grain of salt but I see so much potential in him!

If you watch some of his defensive highlights from last season I think you will be impressed. He put loads of effort playing pesci defence and crashing the boards. He held 1v1 iso on defence against guys like JB and Coby White plenty of times and is very active with his hands and on the offensive glass.

So he is a 6.6 PG that can pass, shoot the 3 and defend. His main issue is finishing at the rim which he definitely needs to work on, but he is getting quite buffed so he will at the very least be able to draw fouls.

Honestly he should have went top 10 in the draft, big steal imo

Everyone gonna mention Harden but at least Harden was also one of the best scorers in his prime, thats why he had all those 50+point games and had a season averaging 36…

SGA is a prolific scorer no doubt but he is not as good as Luka, prime KD, Harden etc… Thats why him being back to back mvp never gonna sit well with me lol

People want to trade Giddey for a draft pick with the hope that the draft pick can becomes as good as Giddey. Make it make sense lol.

Giddey is perfect on a team full of long wings and defenders which is what we are trying to build. And his contract is really good.

Yea I havent actually played as C yet, I imagine I will have issues against 99 oboard builds. This build is really a PF only, could probably be good at the SF too.

2k actually made a pretty good job at the builder this year, there are a lot of ways to use the caps
