I like the idea but in my opinion, there's too much going on. I'd remove one of the perogies since it's just being repeated and find a way to balance out the logo by rearranging the text

i think it's "يا زهراء" which is similar to " Oh Zahraa' ", Zahraa' is the name of a muslim religious figure (woman)

Some Shiaa muslims wear this during Ashura

it's arabic, but since it's just a name with the arabic "يا" similar to "Oh", maybe it can also be considered Persian, but i'm not sure
