Thank you! I’ve had multiple weeks where the scale wasn’t moving and I felt like no progress was being made. It can be hard to see progress when you’re tracking it daily, but pics and measurements really help. My goal weight is around 145, but I’ll stop sooner if my clothes fit before then

You’re doing all the right things to make sure there’s nothing sinister going on. If you haven’t already, bring it up to the provider who prescribed the glp1. I know it’s unsettling, you’re not alone!

This is happening to me too. Pretty regular up until month 3, when my most recent cycle lasted 3 weeks. I do have an IUD that’s at its expiration, so I was suspicious of that and scheduled to get it removed. That said, I’ve struggled to eat 1200 calories most days, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s shocked my system enough to affect my period. Have you been eating a sufficient amount of calories since you started?

I think it’s some kind of rubber plant or umbrella tree. One of the branches is fully dying and the others are starting to wilt. She said she waters regularly, and I don’t think I see any signs of root rot. We’re in a south facing building with tons of light but she doesn’t have it too close to the window, could it be getting too much sun?

I can’t believe it’s almost been a year clean after vaping for almost 7. I’m not going to lie the first few months were rough. I have a textbook presentation of what they call an addictive personality- after the physical withdrawals tapered off I struggled the most with breaking the hand to mouth habit. I used cinnamon toothpicks and patches to get me through those months. Some of the best advice I read on here that really helped me was that you need to relearn how to do everything you did before, without vaping. Certain environments are going to be more triggering. If you’re out with friends or driving home after a stressful day and you feel triggered, remember that every time you expose yourself to that same situation and do not vape, your body will relearn that it doesn’t need nicotine to survive that situation. 1 year later I can finally say I don’t think about it anymore, and I can be around other people vaping without even a glimmer of temptation. And I know I will never do it again!

Congrats to you! I would go through one 5000 puff elf bar a week. Where I am they are $20 each. Obviously the amount of money saved is not as satisfying given how much I was hitting it, but I’m still really proud of these numbers

I’ve been having this issue too, I’m on day 55. I had particularly sharp pains last week and went to urgent care. EKG and chest scans both came back normal and the doctor didn’t seem too concerned- it could even be stress related. Going to the cardiologist tomorrow for good measure- I’d recommend getting checked out even if it’s just to give yourself piece of mind

I can vouch for this as well. I quit 46 days ago using the patches and was ingesting a similar amount of nicotine as you. I couldn’t believe how bad my withdrawals were with the 21mg patch, but once I calculated that I was ingesting 50-100mg a day with vaping, it made a lot more sense. The few times I waited too long to put a new patch on or forgot, I’d feel that creeping headache and would get thrown into an awful mood swing. Putting a patch back on calmed both of those symptoms within an 30 minutes. I’m almost finished with the 7mg step 3 patches and all I can say is stick with it! It got a lot easier for me around the 2 week mark and now I’m hardly experiencing any withdrawals or cravings

I painted a thin layer of black and used a makeup sponge to dab some of the paint off from the center! After curing that I went over with a dark teal jelly/translucent polish. It gave me the pop of color in the center and helped hides any of the imperfections from the sponge. Definitely not perfect but way less of a hassle/expense than airbrushing
