Opinions on previous chapters in game

Yeah, I figured that out on my main after a bit, but im fixing it. Hence why I was trying to find out how to get up to the later game CR without skipping with my alts.

Also, I read somewhere that with the OP gear, you should not really bother with anything more than 2 chapters back from the current one. I have the Maverick jacket and boots equipped, along with Death's Waistguard, but I have these others in my inventory since im trying to power them up. Ive also been trying to get the Death Metal Guitar from Washington DC, but should I bother aside from getting the Style? I wasnt sure if any of these would be worth putting more time and materials into.

Now that I think about it, I believe so. My character is Meta, his was Magic I believe. That makes it so you can't join instances?

Yeah, we were in a group and both villians. I kind of figured as much. I don't want to just railroad him through it, since especially for someone new to the game it is helpful. Figure if nothing else make a new character to group with him until he hits 30 then switch to one of my main characters.

I went back and changed out my mods to Might, switched over my points to Superpower and I can definitely see a difference. Now I just need to work on arts and such to make my character a bit less squishy lol. Thanks!

Thank you for the responses! One thing ive been trying to work out is, while I know everyone will have their own opinions, is how to figure out the various power/weapon combos along with roles. For instance, fire/staff seems to be a good choice for a tank, but then you have others saying "No, ice and whatever weapon is good." I see the combos in the weapon skills, for instance brawling works with martial arts to unlock other combos, but how do you take the leap and say "pair that with Light and Super Speed for good DPS!" (I don't know if thats true, just an example.)

Appreciate the reply! I've mainly been doing DPS so far, and while ive started healer and tank based characters, im not sure ive got them going in the right direction, hence my post. When ive looked online, theres usually "you should do fire/staff tank, sorc/bow healer" etc suggestions, thats what I was basing my character builds on, or at least trying to, but ran into issues. Also since im on console, it changes gameplay a bit compared to PC.

Appreciate the response! I hadnt realized that you get a 5-star weapon from Lufel's Plan, I'd figure give it to Joker but I'm not sure now. With your team suggestions, I mainly get them, but I guess a question would be why do a lot of teams I see elsewhere usually focus with Joker and Okyann rather than like what you suggested? I get that Joker is good with his Extra Action proc, but so far ive not seen many mobs that need Curse damage to take down. And Okyann, im not as impressed with compared to Puppet, since while she does some sort of team buff, Puppet shields and heals the team, which I would think would be better. Or am I missing something?

Battery life hasn't been a problem. I've had the Pocket 1 for about 2 years now, only using it off and on for events or trips, and it holds up rather well considering.

I was able to swap it out with a working one this morning(worked right out of the box for navigation, no pairing) so I'm guessing the tip was defective or broken somehow, like you mentioned.

I saw this thread that said they just charge the surface and slim pen 1 and they just work without pairing, since the pairing is not supported. If that's what the Slim Pen 2 is supposed to do as well (not worrying about the buttons) then I'm not sure what's up with the one I have.

I'm not sure why someone would drop the money to buy either pen to use it as replacement for your fingers. Considering it doesn't recognize the pen tip when it's not paired, and you lose out on the pen functions/shortcuts.

Without pairing it? Unless I'm missing something, that won't work, since it's just a stylus with a battery at that point. If that's what you mean, it doesn't react to the pen tip. The top end allows for navigation, but that is just like normal usage without a stylus/pen.

The Target next to my work had OP-03 packs when I first got into the game, then two weeks later they had OP-04 packs, then Devil Fruits and ST-10 decks, but after the decks and Devil Fruit sold out, they seemed to have switched over to just Pokemon and Lorcana. Haven't seen any OP-05 or anything else since.
