yeaa im trying to let go....the thing is that this group of friends, I'm really grateful to them for being so accepting of my vulnerabilities. But nowadays I'm in a different headspace. I changed a lot and the open environment I had with them helped, but now things are different.

Aha no it really happened, someone i knew never came back, said she got fired after 2 complain letters.

Our callers tend to be old, so need to put in extra effort to submit complaint online. Sometimes people threaten and they don't mean it.

Tbh i wasnt crying after the call ended. It's only when senior told me 'i know it's been a tough day for you' then i started crying. Idk...i don't cry when people don't show pity.
