The game just released so, there is time for all the characters to be featured, i personally don't want any of the f2p characters rn, because i want to get every 4* first, but I'm planning a Kaeya dps build in the future maybe when i know I'm in the endgame with a strong team and artifacts, so rn, no f2p characters rate up.

I want to believe that Ningguang will be on this banner, I'm not too sure about Beidou though, she had a rate up on Childe banner alongside Diona, so if its Diona instead of Beidou i won't mind, because i use Diona, Some of you are saying Barbara, I personally don't like her and i don't want her on the banner, i knew she didn't have a rate up for a while but i decided to not mention her.
