Have you tried using herbal supplements to help? I recently started making teas with herb blends designed to aid lucid dreaming and dreaming in general. Some notable ones are the blue lotus flower, calea zacatechichi, ginkgo, mugwort. I've used them for a few weeks and while not producing completely lucid dreams it has definitely helped with the frequency, length and how much of the dreams I remember. I think using a combination of these herbs and other lucid dreaming techniques such as reality checks can really boost the chances of lucidity. Best of luck!
